PLAN your visit at Streetlight Community Church

Congregants welcoming those coming into the building

Services, Location, & Parking

Coffee & Conversations begins at 9:30 AM every Sunday. Our main service follows, officially starting between 10:30-10:45 AM.

Streetlight Community Church is located inside of First Glance Youth Center. We recommend parking in either the Akron-Summit County Public Library - Kenmore Branch parking lot or the lot directly next to the Library (facing the Korean Presbyterian Church of Akron). From both locations, follow the signs for Streetlight Community Church, which will direct you up the North Kenmore Alley.

Coffee & Conversations

Join us for Coffee and Conversations, a relaxed, intimate space designed to foster genuine connection before our main service. This gathering offers the perfect opportunity to share life, explore faith, and build meaningful friendships over a warm cup of coffee. Whether you are new or a long-time member, come engage in authentic conversations that nourish your spirit and prepare your heart for worship.

Children's Ministry leading the children through their lesson

Children's Ministry

Streetlight Kids ministry offers safe, fun, and age appropriate learning about Jesus for preschool through 5th grade. Kids experience God's word creatively and relevantly through engaging activities, videos, small group discussions, and worship, fostering an early relationship with God. Classes run during the Sunday service, allowing children to build relationships with familiar faces as they grow in their knowledge of Jesus.

Middle School
Student Ministry

Middle school is a time of major transition where young teens explore complex questions about their identity and develop independent belief systems. In order to provide a vital anchor during these discovery years, we offer a safe space to ask tough questions, have some fun and help students move from a childhood faith to a personal conviction by experiencing the gospel in a relevant way. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.

Student Ministry

We are called by the Holy Spirit to be the Church wherever God places us. This is specifically accomplished through life-on-life relationship building with young people. We are moved to be present in their lives, modeling Christ-like community and safety while sharing the Bible. It is our prayer that each student sees and experiences the love of Christ when you are with us on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month.
